Step-by-Step Guide

1. Removing the Opti-myst Module

1. Unplug the unit from the mains.
2. Remove the water bottle, orange nozzle, transducer, and grey sump (all lift out freely).
3. Consider cleaning these components, especially the transducer as this will help prolong it’s lifespan.
4. Remove the two screws located beneath the grey sump.
5. Unscrew and remove the back panel of the fireplace.
6. Locate the connector linking the Opti-myst module to the heating element and blower motor. Pinch this connector and pull it out.
7. Lift the module out from the back of the fireplace and set the chassis aside.

1. Unscrew and remove the front grate of the Opti-myst module.

1. Reinstall the Opti-myst module back into the chassis and secure it with the bottom screws.
2. Reconnect the heating element.
3. Screw the back panel into place.
4. Reinsert the sump, transducer, nozzle, and water bottle.
