    Excellent service from electricspares. I was unsure which part to order for our optymist fire so sent an enquiry together with photographs of the model.     Excellent service from electricspares which included next day delivery - thank you. We were, however, very disappointed that the price of the part we ordered had increased from £113 to £184 in the three years since we last purchased the same item. Guess that's a sign of the times!     My first experience of using Electric Spares was after researching the Internet for solutions as to what may have been wrong with my very old Dimplex opti myst Cavendish CSH20 fire. Having not had much help from Dimplex as to what may have been the problem I was trying to find out by asking the Internet all of these questions when it threw me a link to Electric Spares. I contacted them & firstly spoke with OLIVER, after him saying it may have been the Transducer and him explaining what exactly that did & my researching their answers to many questions about the Opti Myst fires on their website I decided to gp ahead & order one. This time I spoke to HARRY. Both guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my fire. Sadly there seems to be a lot wrong with it and it may need more parts in order to fix it 🥺 Thankfully I was able to return the Transducer. As the fire is now 15yrs old I am going to source a new one in early 2025 & Electric Spares have very kindly offered to help me do that. Both OLIVER & HARRY are fantastic genuine guys whom I would recommend everytime for help & advice. Thanks guys, amazing Customer Service !
