You must request any changes / cancellations as fast as possible after ordering.

We are the same company.

Previously, we had two separate websites while we were transitioning to our new and improved website, electricspares.co.uk.

As of now, when you visit electricspares.com, you will be automatically redirected to our electricspares.co.uk website. Both website addresses will lead you to the same platform, and you can use either electricspares.com or electricspares.co.uk to access our products and services.



We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

We also now offer Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The prices displayed on our site include sales tax in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Shipping & Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging attached.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

In the first instance, please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If after 10 days you have not received a credit for your return, then please contact us quoting your original order number.

We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 13:00 (UK time).

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or UK Public Holidays.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Somerset, United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class, aiming to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

Under certain circumstances we do use alternative couriers (For example with international shipping).

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package.

We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
