Dimplex has recently released a new update to the SP03/22852/0 Opti-myst circuit board for their electric fires. As a result, the appearance of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) differs from the previous version. Despite the visual changes, the updated Printed Circuit Board (PCB) still maintains full compatibility and functionality with your Opti-myst electric fireplace. While the new firmware is included as a part of these changes, it doesn’t directly affect the functionality of your fire.

    ES dealt promptly with my question about a part already supplied and another that was needed. Both were delivered quickly. I was offered a refund if the parts didn’t work but this wasn’t needed as the new parts fitted and worked.
