    Ordered LARGE sump received SMALL sump - inconvenience. Picking staff maybe need further education. Otherwise customer service excellent. Problem sorted instanly.

    As has already been said, amazing company to deal with. Great website and excellent service from ordering to delivery. We have a first generation Optymist fire (CSN20) and after 10 years plus service, it started to give us a problem with the transducer being the issue, however, unlike the newer models the transducer isn’t available separately, so had to bite the bullet and buy a complete sump with transducer, so ordered one afternoon and it arrived the following morning …. All fitted and working great, hopefully for another 10 years ! Can’t recommend this company enough.
